1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the phmanalo online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through phmanalo.club (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the phmanalo Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

phmanalo reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phmanalo will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of phmanalo following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phmanalo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. phmanalo strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. This age restriction is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the jurisdiction in which you reside.

4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phmanalo or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phmanalo or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the phmanalo Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one phmanalo account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. phmanalo reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time.
• Account Verification (KYC): phmanalo may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or as required by applicable regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmanalo login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phmanalo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify phmanalo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phmanalo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account Transfer: phmanalo accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phmanalo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phmanalo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable limits.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the Wallet section of your phmanalo account.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of third-party payment methods or funds belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: phmanalo aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during business hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements. phmanalo reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud review.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. phmanalo is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• No Money Laundering: phmanalo is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. phmanalo complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Any suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phmanalo offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all phmanalo bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phmanalo reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your phmanalo account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: phmanalo reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if phmanalo determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Modification: phmanalo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmanalo Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one phmanalo account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the phmanalo Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in phmanalo's games or systems. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the phmanalo Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Accessing phmanalo from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the phmanalo Platform or the experience of other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phmanalo Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phmanalo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phmanalo Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phmanalo Platform without phmanalo's prior written consent.

The phmanalo name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of phmanalo. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of phmanalo.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmanalo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phmanalo Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, phmanalo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the phmanalo Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phmanalo's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy in game results caused by a technical malfunction. In such cases, phmanalo reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the phmanalo Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any tax obligations arising from your winnings. It is your sole responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws in the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.

phmanalo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmanalo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

phmanalo is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phmanalo account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your phmanalo account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further play will be restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the phmanalo Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

phmanalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of your phmanalo account, any pending bonus funds will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to phmanalo's verification and anti-fraud procedures, unless the closure is due to fraudulent conduct or a breach of these Terms.

You may also close your phmanalo account voluntarily at any time by contacting phmanalo's customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phmanalo Platform, you agree to first contact phmanalo's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phmanalo will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phmanalo from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phmanalo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When phmanalo makes material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the phmanalo Platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to your registered email address.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page under "Last Updated." Your continued use of the phmanalo Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the phmanalo Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
